For the case of severe acne, tetracycline or systemic isotretinoin can be administered; though under careful monitoring by a skilled dermatologist. This is because these medications have serious precautions and side effects.

You can apply a good concealer to make it impossible neither for anyone to see the acne nor for it to appear in the photos taken.
