Should Women Switch to Organic Beauty Products?

Many females want to know if they should to switch to natural makeup products. There are more than enough companies, advertisers, and "professionals" who can give you an extremely contrasting debate either way. Dr. Roberta Palestine, who did her schooling at the Mayo Clinic in dermatology said, "Herbal isn't always the best. Manufactured isn't always the worst. Poison Ivy is organic, but that certainly does not make it goodPoison Oak are not good for you at all…a chemical is a chemical, what is important is the skin type." There are hundreds of different cosmetic choices because there are so many different skin types, if you spend the time you will find one that fits you.

Most ladies use the same product everyday when they leave the house. This can create dryand itchy skin that most people aren't aware of. Ladies who apply a base make-up to smooth out the skin tone on their faces will dry out and aggravate their skin so each day is a little worse. People with delicate skin should stay away from products with fragrances, mineral oil, formaldehyde, and alcohol. These substances will all dry out the skin and cause aggravation.

When switching skin care products many times the skin will have to go through a readjustment period. So women who are considering about changing to natural cosmetics should go with it fully. By doing this, the face only has to go through the adjustment phase one time. If consumers are considering making the change, it is important to be aware of the ingredients in a product that says it's all natural. Do a little research before trying out a new make-up line to see if it is a reputable manufacturer that uses high quality ingredients and guarantees the goods they make. So should consumers make the change? It's an issue of personal choice but if you think the products you currently use are possibly harming your skin, at least consider it. Women who suffer from allergens and have been limited on their choices in cosmetics now have more options as more manufacturers come out with products that are gentle on the epidermis and hypoallergenic. There is no real medical definition for the term hypoallergenic, because doctors don't know what products actually reduce allergies. Many women want to know if they are getting a good product when buying a natural makeup product. Just glance at the label on the back of the product, and compare the listed ingredients to other makeup products.
