It has been proven by experts that females consume more high calorie foods throughout the day if they choose not to eat breakfast. These women had higher levels of cholesterol than women who has a healthy meal each morning. Also, females who had breakfast tended to eat fewer high calorie foods throughout the day to make up for the body's hunger. Unfortunately the fast foods that are available to most of us are unhealthy and high in calories, and if you skip out on meals and start to get hungry during the day these snacks are the items you will eat.
