Remedies to Refrain From for Candidiasis

Don't feel isolated if you find yourself being afflicted from a yeast infection. At some point in time, nearly 75% of the world's population will have Candidiasis. This means that even if you are a man or a woman, young or mature, Colombian or Scottish, you can get a yeast infection some place on you. A yeast infection, or Candidiasis if you want to get technical, is not a serious threat to your health but an annoying problem in general. But sometimes when attempting to treat a yeast infection with a treatment seen in different magazines or web sites you can make the infection worse.

If you think you have a yeast infection, the first thing you should do is go to a physician. Following a preliminary visit to establish that your ailment is in reality a yeast infection, you should be able to identify the symptoms yourself if there are any future outbreaks. Visiting a doctor that first time is important because you do not want to treat for an outbreak without there actually being one. The body can form an immunity to a treatment and be more resistant than before if you use a topical cream or takes medication.

Tea tree oil is a commonly recommended treatment. It should not be taken orally even though in some instances it can be helpful. There have been no research studies to determine the correct dose for fighting off yeast infections. It can be lethal for someone if an excess is consumed.

One more thing to avoid is garlic oil. Garlic often has Botulism spores from being grown in the ground, where the spores are found. If there are spores in the garlic and it is mixed with oil then the spores can get bigger and thrive as a result of a lack of oxygen. This creates a tasteless and odorless poison that can cause terrible sickness or even death.

Make sure to stay away from these products and do the research if you are trying to find a treatment. With a little reading and patience you will find a treatment that will work and cause no health problems. There are countless treatments to cure yourself using household or organic treatments without the risk or side effects of the things talked about above.
