I am proselytizer about few things, but tea is one of them. Recently, co-blogger Amy was kind enough to ferry to me from Paris a small sack of the Mariage brothers; bitter orange tea, which is quite possibly one of the most transporting things I have consumed since Sudeep's father's darjeeling. While some Mariage Freres teas can be found at local purveyors of the pretentious, this tea appears to be available only through their catalog or their overseas stores, and their catalog appears to be negotiable only in French. So I'll hoard it.
